Linda Ostoski, President
Linda Ostoski was a dear friend and colleague of Judy Nicholson and has been affiliated with the Foundation since its inception. Linda currently serves as President of the Board and is proud to bring awareness to kidney cancer in Judy's honor. For the past 12 years, Linda has worked at Watson Realty Corp and is a top producer as a luxury real estate agent in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. In addition to Judy Nicholson Kidney Cancer Foundation, she has been involved with multiple charities including the Hunger Fight and Watson Cares. Linda looks forward to continuing to give back and growing the Foundation under her leadership.
Nick Nicholson, Founder
Nick Nicholson is the founder of Judy Nicholson Kidney Cancer Foundation. He is also the founder of Nicholson Properties, Inc. (dissolved) and Coldwell Banker Commercial, Jacksonville, FL. He is a Principal at Century 21 First Coast Realty, Jacksonville, FL. He was President of the Beaches Chamber of Commerce in 1993. He is a retired, Special Agent in Charge, Naval Investigative Service (NCIS), Mayport (1986). Nick is an Eagle Scout and a Grandfather to 10 wonderful children.
Hunt Ozmer, Chair of Symposium Sub Committee
Hunt Ozmer is the current Chair of the Symposium Sub Committee for the Judy Nicholson Kidney
Cancer Foundation. Hunt currently works as the Southeastern Regional Territory Account Manager of Industrial Packaging for PARC Packaging of Jacksonville, FL. Hunt has previously served as Board Chairman for the Niemann-Pick Disease Foundation. As Board Chair, Hunt also served on the Niemann-Pick Disease Foundation Research Sub Committee coordinating research grant proposals with the guidance and recommendations of the Foundation’s Scientific Advisory Board. As board chair Hunt also worked closely with the Foundation’s Executive Director to facilitate all subcommittee work including fund raising, research, grant writing, patient and family support as well as the annual family conference.
Della Giovanni, Chair of Public Relations
Ms. Giovanni joins the JNKCF with 20 years’ experience in Administration Leadership. She is known for her organizational and leadership skills with Providence Lower School, Bishop Kenny High School and the City of Atlantic Beach where she reorganized each program, assisted in accreditations, organized city wide events and now works with Fleet Landing as the Donor Relations Coordinator. After losing her sister to a rare disease at the age of 54, Della is passionate of giving her time to the Foundation as she sees the need to help those who struggle with support of many kind, including emotional, medical, financial and care giver support for families who suffer from rare illnesses. “Though I never met Judy, I feel like I know her through the love of what the Foundation stands for. Join us in getting the word out to others; we can attack Kidney Cancer together.”

Dr. Winston Tan, MD, FACP is an Associate Professor of Medicine, Vice Chair of Hematology /Oncology for Education, Associate Chair of Faculty Development Department of Medicine, and an Associate Chair for Education Mayo Cancer Center & the Chair of the Cancer Survivorship Program at Mayo Clinic, Florida.
